Summary of the open position
You'll be working on developing software to control an enterprise laboratory medical device that is able to analyze a large number of samples round the clock. Efficiency and reliability are top qualities of the system and of the people we are looking for the project.
Your daily mission would cover:
Propose and implement solutions based on the provided requirements. Also, be ready to describe the solutions by using flowcharts, diagrams, and other similar tools.
Own the development process and be able to guide more junior team members to write clean and quality code
Develop high-quality and efficient software design and architecture
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in a logical manner to achieve the team objectives
Create, review, and contribute to technical solutions and architectural decisions and feature specifications, from a technical standpoint
Work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) organized project
Role details:
5 years of experience in coding
At least 2 years of experience with Delphi
Proficient in English
Fast-paced, agile work environment
Work as part of a geographically distributed team, with colleagues in EU and US’
Proficient attitude, focused to solve and maintain solutions
Aware of others, looks to engage in productive interactions with team members for good results
Ability to disseminate information and teach others
